Francis was asked to work with all our Year 12 students with the view of assisting them to better define their Career Strategies, Entry into the World of Work, Further Education options and encouraging the students to work from a position of strength by utilising their Natural talents.

I can comment from my first-hand experience that the assessments and application of the program to our students was quite remarkable. I believe that the true help of this report is for the structuring of the company to place the right people into the right positions, this is something the individual really has no control over but if followed then I believe a 20-30% productivity improvement is achievable.If not followed and implemented by management the improvements will not be in productivity but rather in self-awareness.
